Program Manager, STEM Outreach

Clara Welles Raley serves as Program Manager, where she oversees the delivery of the STEM outreach programs, manages the College of Engineering Ambassador program, and serves as the State Advisor for the NM Technology Student Association. Clara has a background in education, having taught middle school science for three years, and earned her Masters in Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching and Learning from NMSU.  She has extensive experience developing and delivering STEM programs to K-12.
