Clara Welles Raley serves as Program Manager, where she oversees the delivery of the STEM outreach programs, and teacher professional development, and serves as the State Advisor for the NM Technology Student Association. Clara has a background in education, having taught middle school science for three years, earned her Master's in Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching and Learning, and is currently pursuing a Master's of Arts in Educational Technology from NMSU.  She has extensive experience developing and delivering STEM programs to K-12.
