Sara Patricolo
Program Manager Sr.
Sara Patricolo serves as the project manager for the Engineering Education Enrichment Initiative (e3 Initiative) – an NSF funded program designed to enhance student marketability with career-ready skills and experience. Prior to this role, Sara managed professional and career development activities for the college. In both positions, Sara has worked with industry and government agency partners to create opportunities for greater on campus and virtual employer-student interaction through mentoring programs, on campus events, and career fairs. Sara has also organized training workshops and conferences for engineering and technology professionals. Prior to joining NMSU’s College of Engineering, Sara managed NMSU's Domenici Institute for Public Policy and previously served U.S. Army Recruiting as a public affairs specialist. She is a marketing communications professional with 25 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, project management, public and media relations, public policy, and event planning. Sara earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Spanish from Marquette University.
